Changes and Returns

The shipping costs of the product for the first change are not borne by the customer, we undertake them. In case you wish to exchange the product(s) you have ordered with another, you may return the initial one(s) within 5 working days from the parcel receipt. The cost of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

– Contact us through the contact form, stating your name, order number, products you wish to return, as well as the reason why you chose to return them. We will send you the relevant return form you have to fill and the voucher for the courier company.

– The products must be in the initial condition as you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed and their packaging has not been violated. TANTO is not responsible for any damage or wear of the product after use and is not obligated to replace it.

– The products must be accompanied by the retail receipt. The product should be sent back to us in its original packaging and be placed in a safe way so as not to be damaged. We would like to inform you that TANTO is not responsible for the loss or any damage that the product suffers during its return, in this case the exchange cannot be made and the product is returned back to the customer.

– The return parcel must include the return form with all the necessary fields completed.

If the these conditions are met, you may return your order. Once we receive the returned product, we will send out the new one you have requested.

In case you require a refund, the aforementioned conditions apply. You must follow exactly the same procedure.

Defective Product

If you believe that the product you have received is defective, you may return it within 5 days from the date of receipt. To best serve you, we urge you to contact us via the contact form directly upon receipt of the faulty item. We will then consider your request for replacement or refund (if the product is no longer in stock), and advise you on how to proceed.
