Free shipping is granted for all orders over 69€.
For all orders under 69€, the shipping cost is 3 €.
Payment is made upon placement of the order using a credit or debit card, or by cash on delivery of the parcel (only for orders within Greece).
The transaction process is done in a secure environment, using an SSL certificate. All information from your computer to the bank server is encrypted. All banking information is confidential.
You receive your order by the courier company at the stated address. On the day we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment number. In case you are absent when the courier passes, they will leave a notice with the shipment number and the phone number you need to call to arrange pick-up.
Your order is fulfilled and shipped on the day of placement or the next business day. Delivery for shipments within Greece (if all products are ready to be delivered) is made within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your region. The above times are indicative, relate to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of products.
In case you wish to exchange the product(s) you have ordered with another, you may return the initial one(s) within 5 working days from the parcel receipt. The cost of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer.
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:
– Contact us through the contact form, stating your name, order number, products you wish to return, as well as the reason why you chose to return them. We will send you the relevant return form you have to fill and the voucher for the courier company.
– The products must be in the initial condition as you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed and their packaging has not been violated.
– The products must be accompanied by the retail receipt.
– The return parcel must include the return form with all the necessary fields completed.
If the these conditions are met, you may return your order. Once we receive the returned product, we will send out the new one you have requested.
In case you require a refund, the aforementioned conditions apply. You must follow exactly the same procedure.
